London Loving

Hello and Welcome,

Sorry I've been away for a few days! For me, it's the first day back at school (no!!) but I've had a great half term week! I haven't posted that much because I actually was quite busy! I went up to London on Friday with my Mum and sister to see my God mum. We had such a great time and came back Saturday afternoon. Today, I want to share with you what we did and the amazing things we saw! I will link the websites so you can check these places out yourself! I also have an OOTD and a haul lined up including things I bought in London… so watch out for those!

Firstly we got the train up to Oxford Street. When we got there, we met my God mum in Topshop. I couldn't believe how big it is! The one near me is only one floor, I didn't know the one in Oxford street was so big! I loved the clothes, I especially loved the frilly socks! They even sold cupcakes and fro-yo inside!

We then headed down to Carnaby Street, which had some weird and wonderful shops! We popped into Pylones and Liberty as well. We then walked past a shop called Irregular Choice and the window display made us go in! It is full or wacky, crazy shoes that we couldn't help but try on! There were animal print high heels, biker boots and unicorn heel shoes (below far right)!

After that, we went to Monki. I heard of this shop in a Youtube video and it looked so cool! There was a sale on, and I couldn't help but buy something! The prices were actually very good, and the clothes are different to other high street shops. I love it! Especially the cute socks (below left).

Then we went to H&M as me and my sister had gift vouchers. There were some great things in the sale and we both used our vouchers! We also went to & Other Stories which is part of the H&M group. I have never seen it before but it was such a lovely store, very girly! It sold makeup, clothes, shoes and jewellery!

After popping in a few other shops and having a drink at Starburcks (Frappuccinos are the best!) we went down to Primark. It was so busy, to busy to get any good pictures, but it was worth it! I love the clothes there at such good prices. I picked some things up which will be in my haul post soon!

For dinner, my god mum toke us to Vapiano, an amazing Italian restaurant with a twist! You order your food at a sidebar and they make it in front of you (below left)! I had a linguinie pasta dish with feta and peppers and olive oil (below far right). It was very tasty and it was cool watching them make it in front of us!

After our dinner, we went back to my god mum's house for a well earned rest, and a film! We also had Ben&Jerry's Phish Food Ice cream. It is the best!!! I love going up to London-seeing the sights, the shops and my god mum! The next morning we went into Richmond for a delicious brunch and a stroll. Then we got the train back home. It was a great couple of days!

I hope you enjoyed this post and check out some of the places I mentioned! Hope you have a great week!

See you soon

Confessions of a Blogger!

Hello and Welcome,

Today, my lovelies, I am doing my first tag! WOO! I got tagged to do this by Mollie, so thank you Mollie. Check out her blog too!

This tag is called 'Confessions of a Blogger' and it just sounds really fun. Mollie also tagged me in the 'Handwriting' Tag, so that will be featured here too! Enjoy

1. When did you start your blog?
The 2nd of January 2014 so a month and 10 days today!

2. Have you had any past online presence before?
No, apart from Instagram but that doesn't really count! But I've always wanted to start a Youtube channel because I love watching people like Zoella, it looks so fun!

3. Why did you start a blog?
I really like writing and fashion, so that was one reason. Also my friend Lexie has a blog (which I love). I saw hers and I wanted to join in too!

4. When did you become serious about starting a blog?
It was around the end of last year, and my goal for the start of 2014 was to start blogging!

5. What was your first post?
It was a little introduction, which looking back at it makes me cringe! You can see it here

6. Where do you see your blog in a years time?
Hopefully, It will be bigger and better! I hope it is more well known, and that everyone loves to read it!

7. What is the most rewarding thing about blogging?

Seeing other blogs, and getting feedback and comments on your own blog. I love to read all my comments and I reply to everyone of you!

8.What is the most discouraging thing about blogging?
Well I haven't experienced anything that I dislike about blogging yet, but I guess that thinking of posts after a while is quite hard! I would love it if I could get lots more feedback on what you guys would like to see!

9. What is your lasting inspiration or motivation?
I always look up to bloggers such as Zoella, because they all had to start at the bottom and work their way up. I just love her posts and Youtube videos, and anyone can do it if they try hard and long enough! I just love blogging!

1. What is your name? And your blogs name?
2. Blog URL?
3. Write: The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog
4. Favourite quote?
5. Favourite song?
6. Favourite band/singers?
7. Something you want?

(sorry for the bad lighting, I hope you can read my writing!)

I tag...

You can choose if you would like to do either of these tags, or both if you want! And if anyone who isn't tagged would still like to do a post like this, then feel free, comment below if you are so I can check it out!

Enjoy the rest of your week guys and I hope you liked this post!

Peachy Pink-OOTD#5

Hello and Welcome,

I'm really excited (and a bit nervous) because tomorrow I am starting my work experience! I'm working in a cafe so my main worry is being clumsy and dropping plates everywhere! But it should be a great experience. And the week after is half term WOO!

Anyway, today I am doing my 5th OOTD! So I hope you enjoy!

I'm wearing my peachy-pink jumper I recently got at Primark. It was reduced to £5.90 (I think!) and I just love the colour. This is just a casual, weekend outfit I put together, perfect for winter!

Necklace//My Sisters! Unknown
Collared Top//H&M

So what do you think? What is your go-to look for the weekend?

Thursday Inspo

Hello and Welcome,

Today I thought I would share with you things that are inspiring me at the moment, and hopefully I can inspire you. Recently, I have tried to be positive about everything-even if the rain is pouring and I have tonnes of homework ;) You only get to live each day once, so you might aswell enjoy it. If you believe you can, you can take almost anything and try and make it positive. We shouldn't take things for granted because most of us have what we need already (although I always want to buy clothes! oops!) I'm looking forward to the future, because you never know where it will take you! Everyone is unique and has their own story, but everyone can make their future into what they want. Don't wait for that perfect day, make everyday perfect!

*images found on Google images!

Hope you liked this post! But before I go PLEASE go check out my Mum's new blog and follow on Bloglovin'!

It's such a great blog for all you foodies out there! Helfie Selfie shares amazing tips and recipes that are still healthy but taste SO good! I would know, I've tasted some of them :)
So please go check it out and leave a comment or like? It would mean so much! Thank you lovelies!

Dress It Down-OOTD#4

Hello and Welcome,

Sorry this is a day late but I was out at a friend's party yesterday and didn't get round to it! Anyway, I'm back with another 'Outfit Of The Day'!

So last Friday, I went shopping with my friend as we had an inset day. Of course we had to go to Primark, and I ended up getting this lovely dress for £5! It's so cute and I think it's perfect for winter and summer. I put together a little outfit to show that you can always wear a dress but still look casual! Hope you enjoy :)

(Sorry about the lighting! It was so dark outside when I took these photos, not all of them turned out well!)

My January Favourites

Hello and Welcome,

It's the first of February… wow time does fly by! But this year hasn't been to bad so far! I started my blog at the beginning of 2014 and I am so happy I did! It's so much fun to have your own corner of the web. So today I'm going to share with you my favourites of the past month. You might of seen some of these products before in previous posts because I have loved them a lot!
*Picture heavy post!

All my January blog posts

Woolies//Primark + Christmas Presents (sorry!)

Frilly Socks//Topshop

Last month I didn't stop wearing these 3 items! Because of the cold weather I loved to wear wooly jumpers and wooly snoods all the time! You can do anything with them, dress them up or down. And you can't go wrong with frilly socks and converse (even if they're fake!)

MUA undress me too palette

Cherry Carmex Lip Balm

Rimmel London BB Cream
Now, if you have read my blog before you will have seen these products here! I heard about the MUA eyeshadow palette from a Youtube video and I have loved it! It has such versatile shades and looks. I've used this a lot (that's why it's so messy!) I also have loved Carmex lip balm for a long time as it smells lush and really does moisturise. I bought a new one at the beginning of last month because I had ran out! And then there is my BB cream! I love this because of it's lighter coverage.

Skin Care

Simple KIND TO SKIN products

Hollister Solana Beach Body Mist

Soap&Glory The Righteous Butter

This are my FAV skin care products ever! I use the Simple products every night before I go to bed and it just makes my skin feel clean and smooth. The Hollister Body Mist isn't really a skincare product, but I have used it a lot more recently (I have had it a while!) but it just smells so fruity and fresh! Then there is my first ever Soap&Glory product, and I'm glad I tried it as it does moisturise your skin. I hope to start a collection of Soap&Glory :)

My Book Shelf

My Feature Wall

Last month I've started to re-decorate parts of my room, and I have loved how it has turned out! On top of my bookshelf I made almost a little "shrine" with a DIY photo frame, some Yankee Candles and other cute bits and bobs. I also created a feature wall, which I posted about here! I add little things as I go along, and I think it looks really cute! Hopefully I can do a Room Tour post soon!

Happy//Pharrell Williams

The Hunger Games
Hey Brother//Avicii

These are a few of my favourite films and songs (haven't really read any good books so far this year!) The Hunger Games has to be one of the best films ever (although it is quite sad!) I only saw it this year as my sister got it for Christmas! Can't wait to see the next one and read the next books!

Candy Crush

Subway Surfers

In January I became addicted to playing Subway Surfers and Candy Crush, for those who don't know, they are very fun games you can download to your smart phone. I just can't help but love them! I also have been addicted to shopping this past month! I especially love Superdrug! I have started watching a lot of Youtubers, mainly fashion and beauty channels made by people my age. I just find them so inspiring and interesting. My favourites have to be AllYours1516 and JustLovesFashion. Go check out their channels!

So this has been My January Favourites! I hope you enjoyed! Please comment what you thought and if you want to know where to get any of these products! What have been your favourites so far in 2014?
